Radium Engineering PCV Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit for Ford Mustang GT 2011-2017

Radium PCV Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit, Ford Mustang GT (2011-2017)

Application: Ford Mustang GT 5.0 Coyote (2011-2017) – S197 and S550
Part Type: PCV Fluid Lock oil catch can kit
Part Number: 20-0267-FL

The Radium 20-0267-FL PCV Catch Can Kit fits the Mustang GT in both the S197 and S550 chassis from 2011 to 2017. It mounts on the front right engine bank and installs inline between the PCV breather and the intake manifold. The catch can separates oil and water condensation from the crankcase gases before they are drawn into the intake, preventing oil build-up in the intake, intercooler system, throttle body and intake manifold. This effectively raises octane, can improve performance through cleaner inlet air and can lower hydrocarbon emissions, while the closed system keeps oil vapour out of the cabin.

Radium's Fluid Lock design, introduced in 2022, adds a patented mechanism that stops the reservoir overfilling and traps the collected fluid until the can is emptied, so contaminants can't spill into the intake if servicing is missed.

Optional Parts

Important Notes

• PCV side only – pair with a CCV kit (20-0279-FL for 2011-2014, 20-0287-FL for 2015-2017) or choose a dual kit for full coverage
• There is no fixed emptying interval – start checking the integrated dipstick after 3-4 weeks of driving and adjust from there; PCV cans generally collect more than CCV cans
• Empty by unscrewing the lower reservoir, or fit the optional petcock drain kit where there is space under the can
• Excessive collection can point to an engine issue such as blow-by from engine damage, crankcase windage from an overfilled oil level, poor breather port placement or baffling, or a PCV valve not closing under heavy load
• Radium's listing does not specifically mention right-hand-drive (Australian-delivered) vehicles – confirm fitment with iilumolab before ordering
• Installation instructions are available in the Instructions tab
