The Radium 20-1112 Fuel Hanger Surge Tank allows 1, 2 or 3 aftermarket fuel pumps to be run in the stock RH fuel tank of the 2020+ Chevrolet Corvette C8. It installs on the side opposite the OEM fuel pump module, which stays in place, and seamlessly reuses the large EVAP connections. This version suits Walbro F90000-series, Protec 11928, Fuelab 49614 and DeatschWerks DW810 pumps, and is compatible with brushless pumps.

There are three common ways to configure the system: direct injection only, direct injection with port injection, and direct plus port injection using the hanger as a true surge tank. A venturi siphon jet pump draws fuel from outside the collector to the pump inlets (consuming 15-45 LPH depending on fuel pressure – allow for this when sizing pumps), while the one-piece anodised aluminium collector box is kept full by three 355 LPH one-way fill valves and fuel returning from the regulator. The 10AN ORB feed port has a low-profile 8AN male fitting, the 8AN ORB return port a low-profile 6AN male fitting, and a 3/8in SAE quick connect is supplied for surge tank use.

Important Notes

• Fuel pumps are not listed in Radium's kit contents
• Verified pumps: Walbro F90000267, F90000274, F90000285, F90000295; Protec 11928; Fuelab 49614; DeatschWerks DW810 – other similar pumps may fit but are not verified by Radium
• The Walbro F90000295 and DeatschWerks DW810 have no integrated check valve – each needs a 20-1534 check valve
• The Protec 11928, Fuelab 49614 and DeatschWerks DW810 do not fit the included strainer and need the 13-1187 12mm strainer base
• The rear subframe / drivetrain must be removed to access the OEM tanks – the engine is commonly removed as well
• Each pump needs its own wiring kit – order qty 1, 2 or 3 to match the pump count
• The OEM FPR delete (Radium 20-1278) is only required for the merged configuration; Radium also offers a C8 FPR mount (20-1279) and RWD fuel filter mount (20-1280) – contact iilumolab for availability
• Radium's listing does not specifically mention right-hand-drive (Australian-delivered) vehicles – confirm fitment with iilumolab before ordering
