Description
Radium MPR RA Multi Port FPR Fuel Pressure Regulator
Application: Universal – port-injection EFI fuel systems operating between 20 and 150 psi
Part Type: Adjustable multi-port fuel pressure regulator (RA-series)
Part Number: 20-1100-00, 20-1100-01
The Radium Multi-Port Regulator (MPR) is an adjustable RA-series fuel pressure regulator suited to both single and multi-pump EFI fuel systems. Its port layout gives a wide range of plumbing options – it can be run flow-through or dead-head, removing the need for a separate "Y" fitting.
Pressure is set with a tool-less knob – a simple turn raises or lowers fuel pressure without hand tools. Two lower opposing return ports run parallel to the pressure ports so no elbows are needed, and either can be used as the return.
Key Features
- Tool-less Adjustment: Turn the knob to raise or lower fuel pressure – no hand tools required
- Flexible Plumbing: Flow-through or dead-head configurations without a separate "Y" fitting
- Feed Ports: Two 6AN ORB (9/16"-18) and one 8AN ORB (3/4"-16) high-pressure feed ports
- Return Ports: Two lower opposing 6AN ORB (9/16"-18) return ports – use one, plug the other
- Vacuum Reference: 360° swivelling, double O-ring sealed vacuum port with four interchangeable vacuum fittings
- Mounting: Wall mount through the M6 holes in the body, or floor mount with the included bracket
- Fuel Compatibility: Common gasolines and ethanol blends

Important Notes
- Minimum fuel pressure is 1.3 bar (18.5 psi); maximum depends on the fuel pump setup
- Unused ports must be plugged (plugs included)
- Use a medium-strength wicking thread locker (e.g. LOCTITE 290) on the vacuum fitting and do not over-torque it
- A rapid fuel pressure drop after the engine or pump is switched off is normal for aftermarket regulators – pressure resets as soon as the pump is reactivated
- Long cranking or slow pressure build-up is not caused by the regulator – it usually points to the feed line draining back to the tank (e.g. a leaking pump module, venturi jet pump or missing check valve)
- Installation instructions are available in the Instructions tab
