Description
Radium Triple Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit, Chevrolet Corvette C7 LT1 (2014-2019)
Application: Chevrolet Corvette C7 LT1 – wet sump 2014-2019, dry sump 2014-2016
Part Type: Triple (PCV + dual CCV) Fluid Lock oil catch can kit
Part Number: 20-0987-FL
The Radium 20-0987-FL Triple Catch Can Kit combines the 20-0985-FL PCV kit and the 20-0986-FL dual CCV kit for the ultimate in engine protection on the C7 Corvette LT1.
The PCV can mounts to the LH side of the radiator and runs inline between the PCV valve and intake manifold, while the two CCV cans mount near the front LH side of the engine on a polished billet ground plate fixed to three OEM grounding points, catching the oil carried out of each valve cover vent at high load. A catch can separates oil and water condensation from the crankcase gases before they reach the intake, helping to keep oil out of the intake tract, intercooler, throttle body and intake manifold. Cleaner inlet air can improve performance and lower hydrocarbon emissions, and the closed system keeps oil vapour out of the cabin.
Each can uses Radium's Fluid Lock design, introduced in 2022: a patented mechanism stops the reservoir from overfilling and traps the collected fluid until it is emptied, so contaminants can't be drawn back into the intake if servicing is missed.

- Radium Catch Can Petcock Drain Kit (20-0024) – drain the can without removing the lower reservoir, where there is space under the can
Important Notes
- Dry sump fitment is 2014-2016 only – 2017-2019 LT1 dry sump cars use the 20-1286-FL kit
- Keep the CCV hoses off the top of the LH fuel rail
- Cars with Magnetic Ride Control need a wiring harness stay pried up/removed during installation
- There is no fixed emptying interval – start checking the integrated dipstick after 3–4 weeks of driving and adjust from there; PCV cans generally collect more than CCV cans
- Empty by unscrewing the lower reservoir, or fit the optional petcock drain kit where there is space under the can
- Excessive collection can point to an engine issue such as blow-by from engine damage, crankcase windage from an overfilled oil level, poor breather port placement or baffling, or a PCV valve leaking under heavy load
- Installation instructions are available in the Instructions tab
Vehicle Fitment
- Chevrolet Corvette C7 (2014-2019) – LT1 wet sump
- Chevrolet Corvette C7 (2014-2016) – LT1 dry sump
