Radium Engineering Fuel Pump Hanger Suit AEM 50-1220/DW440 for Holden Commodore VE VF/Chevolet Camaro SS 2010-2015

Radium Fuel Pump Hanger Suit AEM 50-1220/DW440 - Holden Commodore VE VF/Chevolet Camaro SS 10-15

Application: Holden Commodore VE / VF, Holden Caprice, Chevrolet Camaro / SS / Caprice PPV / Omega, Cadillac CTS / CTS-V, Pontiac G8
Part Type: Billet aluminium fuel pump hanger – pumps not included
Part Number: 20-1320

The Radium Fuel Pump Hanger replaces the factory in-tank fuel pump module on 2008-2017 GM cars including the Holden Commodore VE / VF, Chevrolet Camaro and Cadillac CTS-V and supports one, two or three aftermarket fuel pumps. All OEM sensors can be reused.

A one-piece anodised aluminium collector box with three one-way fill valves (355 LPH each) keeps fuel around the pump inlets, refilled by the pressure regulator return and the jet pump crossover line. Pre-pump filtration is provided for all three pumps through three separate chambers, and the OEM return line restriction is removed so higher-flow pumps can be used. The OEM pressure regulator and post-pump filter are eliminated – Radium's CTS-V and Camaro plumbing kits include both.

Key Features

• Verified Pumps: AEM 50-1220, DeatschWerks DW440 (brushless), Bosch 0 580 454 100, and stock CTS-V / Commodore VE / Omega / G8 pumps
• Up to Three Pumps: Replaces the OEM module with support for one to three aftermarket pumps
• OEM Sensors Retained: All OEM sensors can be reused, with two billet level sensor mounts
• Collector Box: One-piece anodised aluminium with three 355 LPH one-way fill valves
• Chambered Pre-Filtration: Three separate filter chambers, one per pump
• Reduced Return Restriction: Allows higher-flow pumps to be used
• Electrical: Studs with anti-rotation terminals

What's Included

• Collector box, one-way fill valves and mounting hardware for one to three pumps (unused parts may be left out)
• Two billet aluminium level sensor mounts
• Two SAE quick connect fittings for the factory feed line and two for the crossover line

Important Notes

• Fuel pumps are not included
• The Bosch 0 580 454 100 and CTS-V stock pumps have no internal check valve – Radium recommends running two of them full time with the OEM PCM
• The OEM regulator is removed – an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator is required (included in the 20-1325 / 20-1326 plumbing kits)
• The OEM post-pump filter is removed – fit a low-micron filter downstream (included in the plumbing kits)
• Fuel pressure may not hold after shut-down without a check valve – fit one if not using a plumbing kit
• The OEM venturi jet pump uses approx. 15-45 LPH depending on fuel pressure – factor this into pump sizing
• Single-pump installs can reuse the OEM controller wiring, but upgraded wiring is recommended for full pump performance
• Radium lists the Holden Commodore VE for 2008-2009 and the VF for 2014-2017 – contact us to confirm fitment for other model years
