Radium Engineering Fuel Pump Hanger for Subaru BRZ / Toyota 86 2012-2021

Radium Fuel Pump Hanger, Subaru BRZ / Toyota 86 (2012-2021)

Application: Toyota 86 / GT86 (2012-2021), Subaru BRZ (2012-2020), Scion FR-S (2012-2016)
Part Type: Billet aluminium fuel pump hanger – pumps not included
Part Number: 20-1073

The Radium Fuel Pump Hanger replaces the factory in-tank fuel pump module on the first-generation Toyota 86 / Subaru BRZ / Scion FR-S and supports one or two aftermarket fuel pumps while retaining the OEM fuel level sender.

A one-piece anodised aluminium collector box with a 355 LPH one-way fill valve keeps fuel around the pump inlet(s) and is refilled by fuel returning from the regulator. The OEM venturi jet pump siphon is replaced by a redesigned system that reduces return restriction. The OEM pressure regulator and post-pump filter are eliminated, so an aftermarket regulator and low-micron filter are required – both are included in Radium's 20-0966 plumbing kits.

Key Features

• Verified Pumps: Walbro F90000267 / F90000274 / F90000285, DeatschWerks DW440, Fuelab 49614, Protec 11928
• Single or Dual Pumps: Replaces the factory in-tank module and supports one or two aftermarket pumps
• OEM Sender Retained: Factory fuel level sender reused
• Collector Box: One-piece anodised aluminium box with 355 LPH one-way fill valve
• Redesigned Venturi: Jet pump siphon with reduced return restriction
• Single Merged Outlet: Pumps merge to one 8AN ORB pump-out port
• Brushless Compatible: Accepts verified brushless pumps
• Electrical: High-current connections with anti-rotation terminals
• Alternative Fuel Compatible: Stainless hardware and clamps throughout

What's Included

• Partially assembled fuel pump hanger with parts to install one or two listed pumps
• Electrical hardware kit for external wiring on top of the hanger
• 8AN ORB to 8AN male pump-out fitting
• 6AN ORB to 6AN male return fitting

Optional Parts

• Radium Fuel Hanger Plumbing Kit with Stainless Filter: Subaru BRZ/Toyota 86 (20-0966-03) – Return-style plumbing kit with RA-series FPR, gauge and check valve filter
• Radium Fuel Hanger Plumbing Kit with Microglass Filter: Subaru BRZ/Toyota 86 (20-0966-05) – As above with Microglass filter element
• Radium DIY Fuel Pump Hard Wiring Kit (17-0031) – One wiring kit per aftermarket pump recommended

Important Notes

• Fuel pumps are not included
• Requires an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator and a low-micron aftermarket filter downstream – both are included in the 20-0966 plumbing kits
• A check valve is required if fuel pressure must hold after shut-down – the 20-0966 kits include a check valve filter
• The venturi jet pump uses approx. 15-45 LPH of pump flow – factor this into pump sizing
• Single-pump setups can reuse the OEM pump controller wiring, but upgraded wiring is recommended for full pump output (one wiring kit per pump)
• The 20-0966 plumbing kits are not compatible with automatic transmissions (filter/FPR mounting interference)
• Other similar pumps may fit but are not verified by Radium
• Installation instructions are available in the Instructions tab
