The Radium Engineering 20-1010 fuel hanger is a direct replacement for the stock fuel pump assembly in the 2014–2019 C7 Corvette, with no cutting or modification required. An integrated collector keeps fuel available to the pump during aggressive driving, supplied from three independent sources: crossover fuel scavenged from the passive side of the tank via the reused OEM jet pump siphon, constant low-pressure return fuel from the regulator, and two one-way fill valves (355LPH each) in the base of the collector.

Selecting the right pump depends on expected power, fuel type and pressure requirements. If two aftermarket pumps are needed, the 20-0937 dual pump add-on is also required, and 20-1011 plumbing kits are available to simplify installation with high-flow fuel lines and fittings.

Important Notes

• Fuel pumps are not included
• The hanger eliminates the in-tank regulator and post-pump filter – an external fuel pressure regulator and a low-micron filter must be installed (both are included in the 20-1011 plumbing kits)
• The 20-1011 plumbing kits suit manual transmission vehicles only, due to fuel filter mounting interference
• Single-pump installs can reuse the OEM wiring, but an upgrade is recommended for full pump power; each aftermarket pump needs its own wiring kit
• Walbro F90000295 and Ti Automotive E5LM have no integrated check valve – a high-flow check valve is included for their outlet
• DW440, DW810, Protec 11928 and Fuelab 49614 (41–43mm bodies) require the 20-0441 pump clamp
