The Radium Fuel Hanger Surge Tank (FHST) is a drop-in replacement that installs inside the BMW fuel tank opposite the factory pump. The OEM pump fills the surge tank, while one or two high-flow aftermarket pumps inside the surge tank feed the engine – eliminating fuel starvation under hard cornering.

The FHST-RA includes an integrated one-way fill valve and a regulator offering 1:1 fuel pressure adjustment, is gasoline and ethanol (E85) compliant, and requires no permanent modification to the vehicle.

• Radium 20-1000-0606 Low Profile Swivel Banjo Fitting, 6AN ORB to 6AN Male – low-profile 6AN ORB fitting required for the return port when using the FPR block-off kit

Important Notes

• Fuel pumps not included – other similar pumps may fit but are not verified
• The included wiring kit covers one pump – an additional pump requires Radium 17-0031
• Also compatible with the E90/E91/E92/E93 M3 tank, but the M3 brushless pump needs a custom trigger solution not covered by the instructions; the 20-0475 feed kits do not suit the M3 (exhaust clearance)
• Not compatible with 1 Series (E81/E82/E86/E87)
• Optional FPR block-off kit 20-0806 requires an external regulator downstream and is not compatible with early FHST units without a return port
