Description
Radium CCV Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit, Subaru BRZ / Toyota 86 / GR86 (2012+)
Application: Toyota 86 / Subaru BRZ / Scion FR-S (2012–2021) and Toyota GR86 / Subaru BRZ (2022+)
Part Type: CCV Fluid Lock oil catch can kit
Part Number: 20-0902-FL
The Radium 20-0902-FL catch can kit runs inline with the 1/2in crankcase breather (CCV) port and mounts on the LH side of the engine bay. It separates oil and water condensation from crankcase gases before they reach the intake, keeping the intake, intercooler, throttle body and manifold cleaner and keeping oil vapour out of the cabin. On turbo or supercharged cars with oil build-up in the intercooler it is essential, as oil reduces heat exchanger efficiency.
Radium's Fluid Lock reservoir is a patented mechanism that stops the can overfilling and traps collected fluid until it's emptied. The cans mount to factory bosses and holes with no cutting, drilling or permanent modification.

Important Notes
- Designed to suit both RHD and LHD vehicles – RHD installs require minor brake line clearancing
- There is no fixed emptying interval – start checking the integrated dipstick after 3–4 weeks of driving and adjust from there; PCV cans generally collect more than CCV cans
- Excessive collection can point to an engine issue such as blow-by from engine damage, crankcase windage from an overfilled oil level, poor breather port placement or baffling, or a PCV valve leaking under heavy load
- Installation instructions are available in the Instructions tab
