Description
Radium PCV Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit, Toyota Tundra (2007-2021)
Application: Toyota Tundra 2007–2021 – 5.7L V8 (3UR-FE)
Part Type: PCV Fluid Lock oil catch can kit
Part Number: 20-0238-FL
The Radium 20-0238-FL PCV catch can kit installs inline with the PCV valve on the 2007–2021 Toyota Tundra 5.7L. At idle, low-load cruising and deceleration this line sees metered vacuum, which would normally draw crankcase vapour, unspent fuel and oil sludge into the intake manifold – the catch can traps it first. Separating oil and water condensation from the crankcase gases keeps oil build-up out of the intake, intercooler, throttle body and intake manifold. This effectively raises octane, can improve performance from cleaner inlet air and can lower hydrocarbon emissions, and the closed system keeps oil vapour out of the cabin.
Radium's Fluid Lock can (introduced with the 2022 redesign of its 7 fl oz catch can) uses a patented mechanism that prevents the reservoir from overfilling and traps the collected fluid until the can is emptied, so a can that misses a service can't pour contaminants back into the intake. The kit includes everything needed for a complete installation.

- Drain Port: 4AN ORB drain port
- 2-Step Baffling: Two-step oil separation baffling
- Dipstick: O-ring sealed dipstick to check the fluid level
- Pressure Sealed: No extra inline check valve is required
- Direct Fitment: Vehicle-specific bracket, no drilling required
What's Included
- Fluid Lock oil catch can
- Laser-cut, anodised Tundra mounting bracket
- Anodised aluminium 6AN and 8AN hose ends
- Anodised 6AN and 8AN adapter fittings
- Stainless steel mounting hardware
- PCV rubber hose
Optional Parts
- Radium CCV Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit, Toyota Tundra (2007-2021) (20-0239-FL) – covers the valve cover breather (CCV) side
- Radium Dual Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit, Toyota Tundra (2007-2021) (20-0240-FL) – PCV and CCV kits combined in one part number
- Radium Catch Can Petcock Drain Kit (20-0024) – drain the can without removing the lower reservoir, where there is space under the can
Important Notes
- This kit covers the PCV side only – pair it with the 20-0239-FL CCV kit, or choose the 20-0240-FL dual kit
- If a TRD or other aftermarket supercharger is fitted, check Radium's photos to confirm the catch can locations aren't taken up by intercooler plumbing or other supercharger components before ordering
- There is no fixed emptying interval – start checking the integrated dipstick after 3–4 weeks of driving and adjust from there; PCV cans generally collect more than CCV cans. Empty by unscrewing the lower reservoir, or fit the Petcock Drain Kit where there is space under the can
- Excessive collection can point to an engine issue such as blow-by from engine damage, crankcase windage from an overfilled oil level, poor breather port placement or baffling, or a PCV valve not closing and leaking under heavy load
- Installation instructions are available in the Instructions tab
