The 20-0685 is Radium's AOS-R O-Ring Service Kit – the commonly replaced O-rings for Radium AOS-R air oil separators, including the universal VTE and VTA units and Radium's vehicle-specific AOS-R kits.

It contains replacement O-rings for the AOS-R body, dipstick, water passage plate and coolant fittings, so a unit can be serviced and resealed after disassembly.
