The Radium Fuel Surge Tank Install Kit fits a Radium FST-R (Fuel Surge Tank, Regulated) to the MK3 Ford Focus ST and RS to eliminate fuel starvation in all driving conditions. The surge tank pump replaces and mimics the OEM fuel supply line, feeding the factory high-pressure fuel pump, while the OEM low-pressure pump is redirected to keep the surge tank full. Overflow fuel returns to the OEM filler hose through a billet adapter.

The FST-R's integrated regulator can be vacuum referenced for 1:1 fuel pressure or run static. The tank mounts under the car in a collision-safe area in front of the rear bumper support, with heat tape to shield it from exhaust heat, and the wiring uses solderless splices with a fuse and relay – no soldering required, and it can be wired in under 30 minutes.

Important Notes

• The Radium FST-R fuel surge tank is not included and must be purchased separately
• The surge tank fuel pump is not included
• A means of adjusting FST-R fuel pressure is required – OBD-II tuning software (e.g. COBB Accessport) or Radium 20-0152 on the FSTR-RA outlet port
• A main tank drop-in pump upgrade may be required – as an estimate, the main tank pump should flow roughly 40-50% of the surge tank pump
