The Radium fuel rail for Mazda MZR and Ford Duratec engines is CNC-machined from extruded 6063 aluminium, black anodised and laser etched. Its 14mm ID injector bores accept the factory injectors, and provisions for the OEM injector retaining clips are retained.

The ports are tapped 8AN ORB, and spacers and washers thermally insulate the rail from the cylinder head. It is compatible with all fuel types including E85.

Important Notes

• Upgrade rail – requires OEM or OEM-equivalent injectors (same height and upper/lower O-ring diameters and styles); Radium does not recommend specific injectors
• Radium lists this rail for 2.0L Mazda MZR and 2.0L/2.3L Ford Duratec engines – it is not listed for the Mazda 3 MPS / Mazda 6 MPS turbo engine, contact us to confirm fitment
• Choose fittings to suit your application and allow ample clearance around the rail ports for regulators, gauges and dampers
