The Radium 20-0481-FL PCV Catch Can Kit suits the 2015-2020 Ford F-150 and Raptor with the 3.5L EcoBoost V6. The catch can separates oil and water condensation from the crankcase gases before they are drawn into the intake, preventing oil build-up in the intake, intercooler system, throttle body and intake manifold. This effectively raises octane, can improve performance through cleaner inlet air and can lower hydrocarbon emissions, while the closed system keeps oil vapour out of the cabin.

Radium's Fluid Lock design, introduced in 2022, adds a patented mechanism that stops the reservoir overfilling and traps the collected fluid until the can is emptied, so contaminants can't spill into the intake if servicing is missed. The kit includes everything needed for a complete installation, with an F-150 specific bracket and no drilling required.

Important Notes

• Radium lists the 3.5L EcoBoost V6 only – the 2.7L EcoBoost is not listed
• There is no fixed emptying interval – start checking the integrated dipstick after 3-4 weeks of driving and adjust from there; PCV cans generally collect more than CCV cans
• Empty by unscrewing the lower reservoir, or fit the optional petcock drain kit where there is space under the can
• Excessive collection can point to an engine issue such as blow-by from engine damage, crankcase windage from an overfilled oil level, poor breather port placement or baffling, or a PCV valve not closing under heavy load
• Radium's listing does not specifically mention right-hand-drive (Australian-delivered) vehicles – confirm fitment with iilumolab before ordering
