The Radium Fuel Rails for the GM LS7 are high-flow replacements for the factory rails, with a large internal bore to support high power requirements. They are CNC-machined from extruded 6063 aluminium, black anodised and laser etched, and mount with polished stainless steel feet that accept the factory hardware.

All end ports and the lower centre ports are tapped for 8AN ORB (3/4"-16) fittings, so the rails can be plumbed to suit the build, and the lower centre ports can carry optional adapters. As the LS7 intake manifold is wider than other LS manifolds, Radium recommends pairing these rails with its LS plumbing kit, an inline adapter and a gauge.

Important Notes

• This is an upgrade rail, not a top-feed conversion rail – OEM or OEM-equivalent injectors must be used (same height and upper/lower O-ring diameters and styles)
• Radium does not make injector recommendations – consult your tuner for flow rate and the injector manufacturer for correct dimensions
• Fittings are not included – select 8AN ORB fittings to suit the application and allow clearance around the ports for regulators, gauges and pulse dampers
