The Radium E36 fuel pump hanger replaces both the RH and LH fuel hat assemblies and supports one or two aftermarket fuel pumps. It reuses the OEM passive-side and active-side fuel level sensors, keeps a true saddle-tank crossover using new, improved components, and needs no cutting or modification of the vehicle.

The integrated collector is fed from the OEM collector bowl and its labyrinth, constant low-pressure return fuel from the regulator, and crossover fuel scavenged from the passive side. A new PRV venturi jet pump replaces the OEM unit – its built-in pressure relief valve limits excess return flow that could otherwise pop the OEM connection and strand the car, and it allows low static fuel pressures.

• Pump Outlet: Merged 10AN ORB (7/8"-14) female port with SAE quick-connect barb for the OEM feed line
• Return Inlet: 10AN ORB (7/8"-14) female port with 8.5mm barbed adapter for the OEM return line
• Reuses OEM Senders: OEM passive and active-side fuel level sensors are retained
• High-Current Electrical: Hermetically sealed, anti-rotation stainless studs with non-conductive acorn nuts and ETFE wiring
• Fuel Compatibility: Petrol, methanol and E85 compliant

Important Notes

• Fuel pumps are not included
• Compatible with OEM BMW (VDO) fuel level senders – not compatible with aftermarket Bosch senders
• Walbro F90000295 and Ti Automotive E5LM pumps have no integrated check valve
• A single pump can reuse the OEM wiring, but upgrading is recommended; a second pump needs its own relay and fuse
