The Radium FST-R (FSTR-RA) prevents engine fuel starvation on vehicles with poor fuel tank baffling. An internal pump feeds the fuel rail(s) while the fuel volume in the surge tank acts as a buffer, kept full by the lift pump in the main tank and by fuel returned from the regulator. It also allows a fuel pump upgrade without modifying the OEM tank.

The regulator is built into the top cap and returns excess fuel to the main tank, eliminating an external regulator, extra fittings and hoses while keeping fuel cooler. It features tool-less adjustment with detents and a 360° swivelling, double O-ring sealed vacuum reference port.

• Fuel Compatibility: All petrol types (unleaded, leaded, oxygenated, pre-mix) plus methanol, ethanol and E85

Important Notes

• Single-pump design – not available in a dual-pump configuration
• A fuel pressure gauge or sensor is required to set and monitor pressure – install it anywhere between the regulated output and the fuel rail(s)
• A relay kit is recommended to drive the internal pump
• AEM 50-1230 / 50-1235 have no check valve (use 20-1533 if required); Walbro F90000295, Bosch BR540 and Ti Automotive E5LM have no check valve (use 20-1534 if required)
• Mount away from heat sources, moving parts, suspension components and common collision areas
• Other compatible pumps exist that are not listed by Radium
