Radium Engineering Dual Pump Add-On for Acura Integra 1990-1993 / Honda Civic CR-X 1988-1991 - Walbro GSS342 / AEM 50-1200

Radium Dual Pump Add-On, Acura Integra (1990-1993) / Honda Civic CR-X (1988-1991) - Walbro GSS342 / AEM 50-1200

Application: 1990-1993 Acura Integra; 1988-1991 Honda Civic and CR-X
Part Type: Dual fuel pump add-on kit (Walbro GSS342 or AEM 50-1200 style)
Part Number: 20-1796

The Radium 20-1796 dual pump add-on installs a second Walbro GSS342 or AEM 50-1200 style brushed pump in the Radium 20-1790 fuel pump hanger for the 1990-1993 Acura Integra / 1988-1991 Honda Civic and CR-X. The 20-1790 hanger is required to use this add-on.

An electrical plug and an SAE quick connector remove the need for tedious assembly before the pumps go into the tank, and both pumps merge into the single 8AN ORB outlet of the fuel hat. The tank opening is small, so the two pumps cannot pass through at the same time.

Key Features

• Second Pump: Adds a second brushed pump to the 20-1790 hanger
• Plug-In Connections: Electrical plug and SAE quick connector for easier installation
• Single Outlet: Both pumps merge into the hanger's single 8AN ORB outlet
• Staging: Pump staging is permitted with pumps that have integrated check valves

What's Included

• Stainless steel second pump (PUMP2) bracket and screws
• PUMP2 wire connector with red and black leads
• SAE quick connect fitting, convoluted tubing, EFI clamp and cable ties

Optional Parts

• Radium Fuel Pump Hanger, Acura Integra (1990-1993) / Honda Civic CR-X (1988-1991) - Walbro GSS342 / AEM 50-1200 (20-1790) – required base hanger
• Radium DIY Fuel Pump Hard Wiring Kit (17-0031) – one per aftermarket pump, with an independent relay and fuse, so each pump gets full current

Important Notes

• Requires the 20-1790 fuel pump hanger
• Compatible pumps: AEM 50-1000, 50-1200, 50-1220, 50-1230 and 50-1235; Walbro GSS342
• Not compatible with brushless pumps – a brushless pump limits the hanger to one pump
• AEM 50-1230 and 50-1235 have no integrated check valve
• Dual pump installation is awkward in this tank because of the angle of insertion, the tall collector bowl and the shallow tank
• Dual pump installations must use an independent relay and fuse – pump(s) are not included
• Installation instructions are available in the Instructions tab

Vehicle Fitment

• Acura Integra 1990-1993 – all models and trims, LHD and RHD
• Honda Civic 1988-1991 – all models and trims, LHD and RHD
• Honda CR-X 1988-1991 – all models and trims, LHD and RHD
