Radium Engineering Dual PCV/Crankcase Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit for Honda S2000 AP1/AP2 1999-2009

Radium Dual PCV/Crankcase Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit - Honda S2000 AP1/AP2 99-09

Application: Honda S2000 (RHD 2000-2009, LHD 2006-2009)
Part Type: Dual PCV and crankcase Fluid Lock catch can kit
Part Number: 20-0099-FL

Radium S2000 catch can kits separate oil and water condensation from crankcase gases before they reach the intake, preventing build-up in the intake, intercooler, throttle body and intake manifold. As a closed system they also keep oil vapour out of the cabin, and each kit includes everything needed for installation. Radium's Fluid Lock® design (introduced in 2022) uses a patented internal mechanism that stops the reservoir from overfilling and holds collected fluid until the can is emptied, so oil cannot spill back into the induction system.

The dual kit combines the crankcase kit (20-0097-FL), which runs inline with the 1/2" valve cover breather, and the PCV kit (20-0098-FL), which runs inline with the 3/8" PCV valve. Radium recommends this kit for maximum engine protection.

Key Features

• Fluid Lock®: Patented mechanism prevents overfilling and traps collected fluid until emptied
• Large Ports: 10AN ORB inlet and outlet, 4AN ORB drain port
• 2-Step Separation: Internal baffling separates oil and water condensation from crankcase gases
• O-Ring Sealed Dipstick: Check the oil level without removing the can
• Direct Fit: Vehicle-specific bracket – no drilling required

What's Included

• Crankcase catch can kit (20-0097-FL contents)
• PCV catch can kit (20-0098-FL contents)

Optional Parts

• Radium Catch Can Petcock Drain Kit (20-0024) – remote drain for easier servicing where space allows

Important Notes

• Fits all RHD S2000s (2000-2009) and 2006-2009 LHD models; 2000-2005 LHD models require the cruise control module to be removed
• There is no fixed emptying interval – check the dipstick after 3–4 weeks of driving and adjust from there; PCV cans typically collect more than crankcase (CCV) cans
• Empty by unscrewing the lower reservoir, or fit the optional Petcock Drain Kit where there is clearance
• Excessive oil collection can indicate engine issues such as excessive blow-by, an overfilled sump, poor breather placement/baffling or a PCV valve that does not close under load
• Installation instructions are available in the Instructions tab

Vehicle Fitment

• Honda S2000 RHD (2000-2009)
• Honda S2000 LHD (2006-2009)
• Honda S2000 LHD (2000-2005) – only with the cruise control module removed
