Radium Engineering Dual Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit for Toyota Tundra 2007-2021

Radium Dual Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit, Toyota Tundra (2007-2021)

Application: Toyota Tundra 2007–2021 – 5.7L V8 (3UR-FE)
Part Type: Dual (PCV + CCV) Fluid Lock oil catch can kit
Part Number: 20-0240-FL

The Radium 20-0240-FL dual kit combines the PCV and CCV catch cans for the 2007–2021 Toyota Tundra 5.7L. The PCV can sits inline with the PCV valve, where the line sees metered vacuum at idle, cruise and deceleration, and the CCV can connects to the 1/2in valve cover breather port, which sees vacuum under high load – so both crankcase circuits are covered. Separating oil and water condensation from the crankcase gases keeps oil build-up out of the intake, intercooler, throttle body and intake manifold. This effectively raises octane, can improve performance from cleaner inlet air and can lower hydrocarbon emissions, and the closed system keeps oil vapour out of the cabin.

Radium's Fluid Lock can (introduced with the 2022 redesign of its 7 fl oz catch can) uses a patented mechanism that prevents the reservoir from overfilling and traps the collected fluid until the can is emptied, so a can that misses a service can't pour contaminants back into the intake. The kit includes everything needed for a complete installation.

Key Features

• Full Coverage: PCV and CCV catch cans in one kit
• Fluid Lock: Patented Fluid Lock mechanism stops the reservoir overfilling and traps collected fluid until the can is emptied
• Large Ports: 10AN ORB inlet and outlet ports
• Drain Port: 4AN ORB drain port
• 2-Step Baffling: Two-step oil separation baffling
• Dipstick: O-ring sealed dipstick to check the fluid level
• Pressure Sealed: No extra inline check valve is required
• Direct Fitment: Vehicle-specific bracket, no drilling required

What's Included

• Fluid Lock oil catch cans (x2)
• Laser-cut, anodised Tundra mounting brackets
• Anodised aluminium 8AN hose ends
• Anodised 8AN adapter fittings
• Stainless steel mounting hardware
• PCV rubber hose

Optional Parts

• Radium Catch Can Petcock Drain Kit (20-0024) – drain the can without removing the lower reservoir, where there is space under the can

Important Notes

• If a TRD or other aftermarket supercharger is fitted, check Radium's photos to confirm the catch can locations aren't taken up by intercooler plumbing or other supercharger components before ordering
• There is no fixed emptying interval – start checking the integrated dipstick after 3–4 weeks of driving and adjust from there; PCV cans generally collect more than CCV cans. Empty by unscrewing the lower reservoir, or fit the Petcock Drain Kit where there is space under the can
• Excessive collection can point to an engine issue such as blow-by from engine damage, crankcase windage from an overfilled oil level, poor breather port placement or baffling, or a PCV valve not closing and leaking under heavy load
• Installation instructions are available in the Instructions tab
