Radium Engineering Dual Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit for Subaru WRX VB 2022+

Radium Dual Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit, Subaru WRX VB (2022+)

Application: Subaru WRX VB (2022–2024)
Part Type: Dual PCV and CCV oil catch can kit (Fluid Lock)
Part Number: 20-0756-FL

A Radium catch can draws oil and water condensation out of the crankcase gases before they reach the intake, helping keep the intake tract, intercooler, throttle body and intake manifold clean and keeping oil vapour out of the cabin. Radium's patented Fluid Lock design, introduced in 2022, stops the reservoir from overfilling and holds collected fluid until the can is emptied, so it can't be drawn back into the intake.

The 20-0756-FL Dual Kit combines the 20-0754-FL PCV kit and the 20-0755-FL CCV kit for maximum protection, which is the setup Radium recommends. The PCV can runs between the PCV valve and intake manifold and mounts to threaded bosses on the ABS unit; the CCV can runs between the CCV port and turbo inlet pipe and mounts under the OEM air intake duct. No permanent modifications are required.

Key Features

• Fluid Lock: Patented design prevents overfilling and traps collected fluid until emptied
• Large Ports: 10AN ORB inlet and outlet ports
• Easy Draining: 4AN ORB drain port; optional petcock drain kit available
• Oil Separation: 2-step oil separation baffling
• Dipstick: O-ring sealed dipstick to check the fluid level
• Capacity: 207 mL (7 fl oz)
• Both Circuits: PCV and CCV sides covered with two independent cans
• Direct Fit: PCV can mounts to the ABS unit bosses; CCV can mounts under the OEM air intake duct
• Pressure Sealed: No additional inline check valve required

What's Included

• Baffled Fluid Lock oil catch can (x2)
• WRX VB-specific mounting bracket (x2)
• 10AN and 12AN adapter fittings and hose ends
• 3/4" and 5/8" PCV hose
• Stainless steel hardware

Optional Parts

• Radium Catch Can Petcock Drain Kit (20-0024) – drain the cans without removing the reservoirs, where there is room

Important Notes

• At idle the PCV valve closes and vacuum can pull the large 3/4" PCV hose flat; Radium says this is cosmetic and the system still works – optional hose support springs prevent it
• There is no fixed emptying interval – check the dipstick from 3–4 weeks after installation, then as required; PCV cans typically collect more than CCV cans
• Excessive oil collection can indicate an engine issue such as blow-by, overfilled oil, poor breather placement/baffling or a PCV valve that doesn't close under load
• Installation instructions are available in the Instructions tab
