The Radium Dual Catch Can Kit combines the PCV (20-0635-FL) and CCV (20-0636-FL) kits for the S15 Silvia and 200SX – Radium's recommendation for maximum engine protection. Both circuits are covered, keeping oil out of the intake manifold, intake pipe, intercooler and throttle body.

The PCV can runs inline between the PCV valve and the intake manifold, mounting to three OEM threaded bosses in the RH corner near the firewall. At idle, cruise and on deceleration it captures crankcase vapour, unburnt fuel and oil that manifold vacuum would otherwise draw into the intake. The CCV can runs inline between the crankcase vent port and the intake pipe, mounting to two of the wiper motor mounts. Under high load it captures oil and sludge before it reaches the intake pipe and intercooler, then returns filtered air to the intake, retaining the factory CCV function.

Important Notes

• No additional inline check valve is required – Radium catch cans are pressure sealed
• Radium's Fluid Lock design (introduced 2022) uses a patented mechanism that prevents the can from being overfilled and holds collected fluid until it is emptied
• There is no fixed emptying interval – start checking the dipstick after 3–4 weeks of driving and adjust from there; PCV cans typically fill faster than CCV cans
• Excessive oil collection can point to an engine issue such as high blow-by, an overfilled sump, poor breather placement or a PCV valve not sealing under load
