The Radium Dual Catch Can Kit combines a PCV catch can and a CCV catch can on a single Nissan-specific bracket in the front LH portion of the engine bay. The PCV can runs inline between the PCV valve and the intake, where metered vacuum at idle, cruise and deceleration would otherwise draw crankcase vapour, unspent fuel and oil sludge into the manifold. The CCV can runs inline between the crankcase vent port and the intake pipe, catching the high crankcase flow seen under high load (WOT).

Radium catch cans are pressure sealed, so no extra inline check valve is required. Radium's patented Fluid Lock system (introduced with the 2022 redesign of its 7 fl oz catch can) prevents overfilling and traps collected fluids until the can is emptied, so an unserviced can can't release contaminants back into the intake.

Important Notes

• Not compatible with the OEM Nissan air filter box – an aftermarket intake is required
• Radium's compatibility list shows only the V35 Skyline and G35 ("excluding VQ35HR"), while the kit name and Radium's install instructions reference VQ35DE/HR and the 350Z – confirm fitment with iilumolab before ordering, especially for Z33 or VQ35HR
• Per Radium's instructions: some RHD VQ35HR engines need the hood switch addressed, and some LHD VQ35HR engines need two ground points relocated
• A throttle re-learn may be needed after installation
• No fixed emptying interval – check the integrated dipstick from 3–4 weeks of driving; PCV cans typically collect more than CCV cans. Empty by unscrewing the lower reservoir, or fit the Petcock Drain Kit where space allows
• Excessive oil collection can indicate an engine issue such as excessive blow-by, crankcase windage from overfilled oil, poor breather port placement or baffling, or a PCV valve leaking under load
