Radium Engineering Catch Can Kit Fluid Lock for VW Golf 2020+

Radium Catch Can Kit Fluid Lock Golf VW 20+

Application: VW Golf Mk8 GTI and Golf R (2020-2024) – models with OEM IQ.Light matrix headlights only
Part Type: Fluid Lock CCV oil catch can kit
Part Number: 20-0887-FL

This Radium kit fits a catch can to collect oil and water condensation from the crankcase gases before they reach the intake. That keeps oil out of the intake, intercooler piping, throttle body and intake manifold and reduces hydrocarbon emissions, while the closed system keeps oil vapour out of the cabin. Everything needed for installation is included.

The can mounts to OEM holes on an anodised aluminium bracket behind the left-hand headlight and runs inline between the crankcase vent (CCV) port and the turbo inlet pipe. No drilling or permanent modification is needed, and it fits under the OEM engine cover. Radium's patented Fluid Lock design stops the reservoir overfilling and holds collected fluid until it is emptied.
