This Radium dual catch can kit separates oil and water condensation from crankcase gases before they reach the intake, reducing build-up in the intake, intercooler, throttle body and intake manifold. As a closed system it also keeps oil vapour out of the cabin.

The kit suits 2ZZ-GE Lotus Elise and Exige models, both supercharged and naturally aspirated, and includes the mounting bracket, hoses, fittings and hardware. Radium's Fluid Lock® design (introduced in 2022) uses a patented internal mechanism that stops the reservoir from overfilling and holds collected fluid until the can is emptied, so oil cannot spill back into the induction system.

Important Notes

• There is no fixed emptying interval – check the dipstick after 3–4 weeks of driving and adjust from there; PCV cans typically collect more than crankcase (CCV) cans
• Empty by unscrewing the lower reservoir, or fit the optional Petcock Drain Kit where there is clearance
• Excessive oil collection can indicate engine issues such as excessive blow-by, an overfilled sump, poor breather placement/baffling or a PCV valve that does not close under load
