The Radium 20-0859-FL dual catch can kit separates oil and water condensation from crankcase gases on the Gallardo LP before they reach the intake, helping keep the intake, throttle bodies and manifold clean. It is a closed system, so oil vapour is kept out of the cabin.

Both cans mount on a Gallardo-specific bracket that attaches to the LH deck lid mount against the firewall. The PCV can sits inline between the PCV valve and intake manifold, where it sees metered vacuum at idle, cruise and deceleration; the CCV can sits inline between the crankcase vent and intake pipe, catching oil under high-load (WOT) flow.

Important Notes

• There is no fixed emptying interval – start checking the integrated dipstick after 3–4 weeks of driving and adjust from there; PCV cans generally collect more than CCV cans
• Excessive collection can point to an engine issue such as blow-by from engine damage, crankcase windage from an overfilled oil level, poor breather port placement or baffling, or a PCV valve leaking under heavy load
