The Radium 20-0787-FL Dual Catch Can Kit includes both the PCV and CCV catch can kits for the ultimate in engine protection on the 2005-2013 Corvette C6.

On the PCV side, Radium replaces the restrictive 2.5mm OEM fixed orifice with a baffled oil cap and an anodised PCV valve, with the can mounted on the front RH side of the cylinder head. The CCV can mounts to the RH hood latch and catches the oil carried out of the crankcase vents at high load. Both suit wet and dry sump engines and work with the OEM engine cover. A catch can separates oil and water condensation from the crankcase gases before they reach the intake, helping to keep oil out of the intake tract, intercooler, throttle body and intake manifold. Cleaner inlet air can improve performance and lower hydrocarbon emissions, and the closed system keeps oil vapour out of the cabin.

Each can uses Radium's Fluid Lock design, introduced in 2022: a patented mechanism stops the reservoir from overfilling and traps the collected fluid until it is emptied, so contaminants can't be drawn back into the intake if servicing is missed.

Important Notes

• Not compatible with the ZR1 (LS9) – the alternator interferes at the mounting location
• LS3 cars: the factory Helmholtz airbox resonator must be removed, or an LS7 intake fitted
• After installation, check that the RH hood lock still latches correctly
• Also available separately as the 20-0785-FL PCV kit and 20-0786-FL CCV kit
• There is no fixed emptying interval – start checking the integrated dipstick after 3–4 weeks of driving and adjust from there; PCV cans generally collect more than CCV cans
• Empty by unscrewing the lower reservoir, or fit the optional petcock drain kit where there is space under the can
• Excessive collection can point to an engine issue such as blow-by from engine damage, crankcase windage from an overfilled oil level, poor breather port placement or baffling, or a PCV valve leaking under heavy load
