This Radium kit fits a catch can to collect oil and water condensation from the crankcase gases before they reach the intake. That keeps oil out of the intake, intercooler piping, throttle body and intake manifold and reduces hydrocarbon emissions, while the closed system keeps oil vapour out of the cabin. Everything needed for installation is included.

The can mounts to OEM holes on an anodised aluminium bracket behind the left-hand headlight and runs inline between the crankcase vent (CCV) port and the turbo inlet pipe. No drilling or permanent modification is needed, and it fits under the OEM engine cover. Radium's patented Fluid Lock design stops the reservoir overfilling and holds collected fluid until it is emptied.

Important Notes

• Only compatible with OEM IQ.Light matrix beam headlights
• Radium's fitment list is for US-market vehicles – contact us to confirm fitment for Australian-delivered cars
• There's no fixed emptying interval – check the dipstick from 3-4 weeks after installation and repeat as needed
• To drain, unscrew and remove the lower reservoir, or fit the optional petcock drain kit
• Excessive oil collection can indicate engine problems such as blow-by, overfilled oil, poor breather design or a PCV valve not closing under load
