The Radium 20-0516 Toyota Air Assist Injector Seat converts Toyota air-assist injector ports to suit standard top feed injectors. It is the same machined aluminium seat used in many Radium fuel rails and is needed when swapping OEM injectors for aftermarket injectors.

The seat press-fits into the intake manifold injector port with no modification. The included FKM O-ring seals the seat into the machined injector counterbore to prevent vacuum or boost leaks, and the bore is designed for a common 14mm lower injector O-ring.

Important Notes

• Sold individually, not as a set – order one per cylinder
• Other engines may fit but have not been tested by Radium – compare your injector bores to the seat dimensions
• To install: clean any debris from the injector bores, lubricate the O-ring (O-ring lube, petroleum jelly or motor oil) and press the seat in until fully seated, using a small rubber mallet if needed
