Radium 20-0444 is the secondary injector seat – the same machined aluminium seat Radium uses in its top-feed fuel rails for Mazda/Eunos Cosmo and RX-7 rotary engines. The black secondary seat presses into the intake manifold secondary injector bore and converts the OEM 16mm injector seat counterbore to 14mm, the size used by popular aftermarket lower injector O-rings.

The seat works with or without the OEM fuel injector diffusers installed and seals with the included boost- and fuel-compatible FKM O-ring. A full 14mm conversion needs both the secondary seats (20-0444) and the green primary seats (20-1044), which install in the irons.

Important Notes

• This is the secondary (intake manifold) seat – the primary (iron) seat is a separate part, 20-1044
• Sold individually – secondary seats required: 13B-RE x2, 13B-REW x2, 20B-REW x3 (Radium totals per engine incl. primaries: 13B-RE 4, 13B-REW 4, 20B-REW 6)
• Most aftermarket lower intake manifolds are already machined with 14mm secondary ports – check before ordering
• Clean the intake manifold bores, lubricate the O-rings (O-ring lube, petroleum jelly or motor oil) and press the seats in until fully seated, using a small rubber mallet if needed
