Radium Engineering Rotary Engine Injector Seat (Single) for Mazda RX-7 FD/Cosmo JC 13B/20B

Radium Rotary Engine Injector Seat (Single) - Mazda RX-7 FD/Cosmo JC (13B/20B)

Application: Mazda 13B-RE, 13B-REW and 20B-REW rotary engines (Mazda RX-7, Eunos/Mazda Cosmo)
Part Type: Secondary injector seat, 16mm to 14mm (sold individually)
Part Number: 20-0444

Radium 20-0444 is the secondary injector seat – the same machined aluminium seat Radium uses in its top-feed fuel rails for Mazda/Eunos Cosmo and RX-7 rotary engines. The black secondary seat presses into the intake manifold secondary injector bore and converts the OEM 16mm injector seat counterbore to 14mm, the size used by popular aftermarket lower injector O-rings.

The seat works with or without the OEM fuel injector diffusers installed and seals with the included boost- and fuel-compatible FKM O-ring. A full 14mm conversion needs both the secondary seats (20-0444) and the green primary seats (20-1044), which install in the irons.

Key Features

• 16mm to 14mm Conversion: Converts the OEM secondary injector counterbore to the common 14mm lower O-ring size
• Press-In Installation: Presses into the OEM injector bore
• Diffuser Compatible: Works with or without OEM fuel injector diffusers
• Billet 6061 Aluminium: CNC-machined, Type-II anodised and laser etched
• FKM O-Ring: Boost and fuel compatible seal included

What's Included

• 1 x secondary injector seat
• 1 x FKM O-ring

Optional Parts

• Radium Mazda Primary Injector Seat, 16mm (20-1044) – green primary seat for the irons, needed alongside the secondary seats for a full 14mm conversion (contact us to order)

Important Notes

• This is the secondary (intake manifold) seat – the primary (iron) seat is a separate part, 20-1044
• Sold individually – secondary seats required: 13B-RE x2, 13B-REW x2, 20B-REW x3 (Radium totals per engine incl. primaries: 13B-RE 4, 13B-REW 4, 20B-REW 6)
• Most aftermarket lower intake manifolds are already machined with 14mm secondary ports – check before ordering
• Clean the intake manifold bores, lubricate the O-rings (O-ring lube, petroleum jelly or motor oil) and press the seats in until fully seated, using a small rubber mallet if needed
• Installation instructions are available in the Instructions tab
