The Radium Port Injection Kit (PIK) adds a bank of port fuel injectors to the direct-injected Honda K20C1. The kit installs between the intake manifold and the cylinder head, supplying the additional fuel that high-horsepower K20C1 builds need. It does not replace the OEM direct injection system – it works alongside it – and it is compatible with all fuel types including E85 and other alcohol blends.

The fuel rail is CNC-machined from extruded 6063 aluminium with a 16mm (0.63in) internal bore and a laser-etched finish, and the injectors are set at a specific angle for correct spray into the intake ports. Insulating spacers and washers isolate the rail from cylinder head heat.

Optional Parts

• Radium 14-0150 8AN ORB Plug, Round Internal Hex (14-0150) – plugs the two top fuel rail ports (required unless the OEM plastic wiring harness carrier is modified)

Important Notes

• Fuel injectors, port fittings, fuel hose, wiring and an injector controller are not included (Radium does not sell injectors)
• Injectors must be universal-style with 14mm upper and lower O-rings – only 34mm short-body (lower mounting holes) or 48mm medium-body (upper mounting holes) injectors are compatible, e.g. Injector Dynamics 1050/1300/1700/2600-XDS in .34.14.14 or .48.14.14 form
• The kit raises the intake manifold off the head, so a custom fabricated throttle body pipe, or an offset silicone coupler with the OEM pipe, is required
• The two top fuel rail ports must be plugged with 14-0150 plugs unless the plastic OEM wiring harness carrier is modified
• Choose fittings to suit your application and allow ample clearance around the rail ports for regulators, gauges and dampers
