Radium S2000 catch can kits separate oil and water condensation from crankcase gases before they reach the intake, preventing build-up in the intake, intercooler, throttle body and intake manifold. As a closed system they also keep oil vapour out of the cabin, and each kit includes everything needed for installation. Radium's Fluid Lock® design (introduced in 2022) uses a patented internal mechanism that stops the reservoir from overfilling and holds collected fluid until the can is emptied, so oil cannot spill back into the induction system.

The PCV kit runs inline with the 3/8" PCV valve. Because Radium catch cans are pressure sealed, connecting to the intake manifold is permitted, including on boosted applications.

Important Notes

• Fits all RHD S2000s (2000-2009) and 2006-2009 LHD models; 2000-2005 LHD models require the cruise control module to be removed
• There is no fixed emptying interval – check the dipstick after 3–4 weeks of driving and adjust from there; PCV cans typically collect more than crankcase (CCV) cans
• Empty by unscrewing the lower reservoir, or fit the optional Petcock Drain Kit where there is clearance
• Excessive oil collection can indicate engine issues such as excessive blow-by, an overfilled sump, poor breather placement/baffling or a PCV valve that does not close under load
