Radium PA Nylon Submersible Fuel Tubing Kits are used to plumb in-tank submersible fuel pumps. The flexible convoluted tubing is made from polyamide (PA) nylon, which resists all fuel types including E85 and methanol, and is rated for EFI fuel pressures.

Kits are offered in 5/16in (8mm) and 3/8in (9.5mm) inner diameters across four lengths, each supplied with two reusable SAE J1508 stainless EFI clamps.

What's Included

• 1x PA nylon convoluted tubing (length and ID as selected)
• 2x Stainless steel SAE J1508 EFI tube clamps

Important Notes

• Radium lists the 5/16in tubing as opaque black and the 3/8in tubing as translucent white
• Warm the tube ends with hot water (or carefully with a heat gun – do not overheat) and lubricate the barb with petroleum jelly or engine oil before fitting
• Torque the clamps to 1.5Nm (13.3 in-lb)
• 5/16in (8mm / 8.5mm barb) suits pumps including Walbro GSS341/GSS342 255LPH, AEM 50-1000, 50-1200, 50-1220, Aeromotive 340R 11141/11142 and DeatschWerks 9-301-1000
• 3/8in (10mm barb) suits pumps including Walbro F90000262, F90000267, F90000273, F90000274, F90000285, F90000295, Bosch Motorsport BR540, DeatschWerks DW400, DW440 Brushless and Ti Automotive E5LM Brushless
