These are the same machined aluminium injector seats used in many Radium Engineering fuel rails. They are required when converting from OEM fuel injectors to aftermarket injectors, and press-fit directly into the intake manifold or TGV injector ports.

The included FKM O-ring seals the seat into the machined injector counterbore to prevent vacuum or boost leaks, and the seat bore is designed for a common 14mm lower injector O-ring. The same 22mm seat is supplied in Radium 20-0568-02 top feed conversion fuel rails for certain Subaru EJ engines.

Important Notes

• Sold individually – order one seat per injector (adjust the quantity for your engine)
• Measure your lower injector O-ring before ordering
• Clean any debris from the injector seat bores, lubricate the O-rings with O-ring lube, petroleum jelly or motor oil, then press the seats in until fully seated (a small rubber mallet can help)
