The engine bay mounted fuel filters in popular Honda cars from the 1980s and 90s use metric threaded banjo fittings. The Radium 20-1000-M1206 is a low-profile swivel fitting that adapts the filter to 6AN male.
Once tightened, the 6AN banjo can still swivel thanks to internal FKM O-rings, making it easy to route an aftermarket hose. It torques to the factory specification with a 6mm Allen wrench.
