The Radium Fuel Surge Tank Install Kit contains everything needed to install a Radium FST-R regulated fuel surge tank in an EcoBoost F-150 or Raptor – the surge tank itself is sold separately. Some compatible FST-R pump options outflow the OEM Raptor fuel pump by more than 23%.

The OEM fuel pump is repurposed to keep the surge tank full, with excess fuel returning to the main tank, while the new surge tank pump feeds the engine through the FST-R's integrated fuel pressure regulator – maintaining supply even if the OEM pump is momentarily starved. The included gauge is used to set pressure, and the regulator can be vacuum referenced for 1:1 fuel pressure or run static to mimic the stock system. The surge tank mounts in a collision-safe area under the LH side of the truck on a polished stainless steel bracket that bolts to OEM mounting points.

Important Notes

• Requires the Radium FST-R surge tank (20-1933) and a surge tank fuel pump – both sold separately; order the kit, surge tank and one pump together for a complete system
• A drop-in main-tank pump may be needed – as a rough guide it should flow about 40-50% of the surge tank pump
• The surge tank mounts under the LH side of the truck
