The Radium 20-0876 billet aluminium fuel rails suit the VW, Audi and Bentley 6.0L W12. Each rail is machined with dual 3/8in (6AN) internal bores that connect internally to all injectors – combined, the two bores are 12% larger than a single 1/2in (8AN) bore – supporting all necessary engine power requirements, and the rails are compatible with all alternative fuels.

The O-ring sealed billet end cap ports are tapped 3/4in-16, compatible with 8AN ORB fittings, with a single port at each end of each rail.

• Radium Denso Injector Connector Adapter (17-0065) – sold individually – needed where injector connectors interfere with the lower intake manifold

Important Notes

• This is an upgrade rail: OEM or OEM-equivalent injectors must be used (same height and the same upper and lower O-ring diameters and styles). Radium does not make injector recommendations – ask your tuner about brand and flow rate, and the injector manufacturer for a dimensionally correct part number
• Radium 17-0065 Denso injector connector adapters may be required if the injectors interfere with the lower intake manifold – with OEM injectors Radium recommends 6, for the inner injectors (cylinders 2, 4, 6, 7, 9, 11)
• Fittings are not included – select 8AN ORB fittings to suit your application
• Leave enough space around the ports for accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, gauges and fuel pulse dampers – contact iilumolab for Radium's dimensional drawings to check clearance
