The Radium 20-0949 fuel rail suits the Toyota 3S-GE and 3S-GTE Gen 3–5, including BEAMS engines. It is machined with a large 0.7in internal bore that supports the power requirements of a built engine, and both fuel rail ports are tapped for 8AN ORB so the rail can be plumbed into any fuel system with the appropriate fittings.

Three sets of billet mounting feet are supplied to suit all Gen 3–5 engines, the OEM thermal insulating spacers are reused, and no special tools are needed. On the 3S-GE Gen 3–5 and 3S-GTE Gen 4–5 the rail takes OEM top feed injectors or OEM equivalents with no modification; the side feed 3S-GTE Gen 3 needs aftermarket 48mm injectors (see Important Notes).

Important Notes

• 3S-GE Gen 3–5 and 3S-GTE Gen 4–5: use OEM top feed injectors or OEM equivalents (same height and O-ring dimensions)
• 3S-GTE Gen 3: the OEM side feed injectors do not fit – use aftermarket 48mm injectors with 11mm upper and 14mm lower O-rings. Radium has verified Injector Dynamics ID1050-XDS, ID1300-XDS, ID1750-XDS and ID2600-XDS (xxxx.46.11.14)
• Fuel injectors and fittings are not included
• Leave enough space around the ports for accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, gauges and fuel pulse dampers – contact iilumolab for Radium's dimensional drawings to check clearance
