The Radium 20-1162 Plumbing Kit provides the hardware for a plug-and-play installation of the Radium 20-0862 fuel rails on 2004-2010 Vortec 8100 vehicles with a returnless fuel system.

An SAE quick connect adapts to the OEM feed line and an 8AN crossover line routes around the rear of the engine to join both rails. An improved FPD-R direct-mount fuel pulse damper fits to the LH rail to stabilise fuel pressure, and 8AN ORB plugs are supplied for all unused ports.

Important Notes

• Requires Radium 20-0862 fuel rails (sold separately)
• For 2004-2010 returnless fuel systems only – 2001-2003 return-style vehicles use 20-1062
• Only connect the pulse damper vacuum port if fuel pressure requires it – otherwise plug it with the included screw
• Install all fittings to the rails before mounting them to the intake manifold
• Installation instructions are available in the Instructions tab
