The Radium Engineering fuel rail for Toyota 3S-GE and 3S-GTE Gen 1–2 engines is made from anodised billet aluminium with a large 0.7in internal bore, so it can support all necessary engine power requirements. The ports are tapped for 8AN ORB, allowing fittings to be selected to suit the application.

On 3S-GE Gen 1–2 and 3S-GTE Gen 1 engines the rail works with OEM or OEM-equivalent injectors with no modifications. Gen 2 3S-GTE engines use side-feed injectors that are not compatible with the rail, so the included Radium injector seats are installed and aftermarket 48mm injectors with 11mm upper and 14mm lower O-rings are used.

Important Notes

• 3S-GE Gen 1–2 and 3S-GTE Gen 1: use OEM or OEM-equivalent injectors that match the factory height and O-ring dimensions
• 3S-GTE Gen 2: the OEM side-feed injectors are not compatible – install the included injector seats and use 48mm injectors with 11mm upper / 14mm lower O-rings. Radium-verified options: Injector Dynamics ID1050-XDS (1050.48.11.14), ID1300-XDS (1300.48.11.14), ID1700-XDS (1700.48.11.14), ID2600-XDS (2600.48.11.14); others may also fit
• Not for Gen 3–5 3S-GE/3S-GTE engines – Radium offers a separate rail (20-0949) for those
• Fittings are not included; allow ample clearance around the ports for regulators, gauges and pulse dampers
