The Radium Fuel Rail for DOHC Honda B-Series engines is a high-flow replacement for the factory rail, with a large internal bore to support high power requirements. It is CNC-machined from 6061 aluminium, anodised and laser etched.
The 11mm ID injector bores accept factory injectors or equivalent aftermarket injectors, and the rail is ported for 8AN ORB and 1/8" NPT fittings. This is the rail only – fittings are sold separately, or add Radium's B/D/F/H-Series plumbing kit for a plug-and-play installation with the factory or an aftermarket regulator.

Important Notes
- Fittings and adapters are not included with 20-0370-02
- OEM or OEM-equivalent injectors must be used (same height and upper/lower O-ring diameters and styles); Radium does not make injector recommendations
- Not for top-feed conversion of side-feed or air-assist vehicles
- Allow clearance around the ports for regulators, gauges and pulse dampers

Vehicle Fitment
- Honda DOHC B-Series engines – fits all B-Series intake manifolds, including B20B, B20B1, B20B2, B20B3 and B20B4
- Not compatible with B20A, B20Z or B21A
