The Radium CCV Catch Can Kit for the S15 Silvia and 200SX separates oil and water condensation from crankcase vent gases, helping keep the intake pipe, intercooler and throttle body clean.

The CCV can runs inline between the crankcase vent port and the intake pipe, mounting to two of the wiper motor mounts. Under high load it captures oil and sludge before it reaches the intake pipe and intercooler, then returns filtered air to the intake, retaining the factory CCV function.

Important Notes

• This kit does not address blow-by on the PCV valve side of the crankcase
• Radium recommends pairing this kit with the PCV Catch Can Kit (20-0635-FL)
• Radium's Fluid Lock design (introduced 2022) uses a patented mechanism that prevents the can from being overfilled and holds collected fluid until it is emptied
• There is no fixed emptying interval – start checking the dipstick after 3–4 weeks of driving and adjust from there; PCV cans typically fill faster than CCV cans
