The Radium Venturi Jet Pump is an effective device for drawing fuel from one side of a saddle-style fuel tank to the other. Fuel flowing through the venturi creates vacuum in the perpendicular port, transferring fuel across the tank.

OEM jet pumps are designed for factory pump flow rates – with a higher-flowing aftermarket pump they become a major restriction in the return line and cause high fuel pressure, and drilling them out compromises their function. The Radium jet pump is designed for high-flow aftermarket pumps and includes three orifice sizes, calculated and vacuum-tested with multiple pump combinations. The machined aluminium housing is anodised and laser engraved.

Optional Parts

• Radium Duckbill Valve (18-0026) – fits directly to the outlet barb in place of a submerged hose

Important Notes

• The OEM venturi jet pump must be removed – the system will not work if fuel is pushed through the OEM unit
• A hose (not included) should be fitted to the 8.5mm outlet barb with its end submerged at a low point in the tank, to stop the jet pump drawing air in the opposite direction
• Barbs suit 5/16" or 3/8" ID hose – rigid hose needs a small ID to seal
• The siphon port fitting can be swapped for any 6AN ORB fitting
