The Radium 20-0869-02 Top Feed Upgrade Fuel Rails suit Subaru EJ22 and EJ251 engines. Each rail has three 8AN ORB threaded ports (six in total), and thermal insulating press-in spacers are included to protect against heat transfer from the manifold.

The rails are compatible with the EJ251's OEM air-assist injectors, while the EJ22's OEM air-assist injectors are not compatible (they use 11mm upper O-rings and the rail ports are machined for 14mm). The OEM fuel pressure regulator can be reused with Radium 20-0303, and a Radium 20-0776 fuel pulse damper can be fitted in the centre port. Fuel injectors are not included.

Important Notes

• Fuel injectors are not included
• EJ251: compatible with the OEM air-assist injectors; to eliminate air assist with Bosch EV14 injectors, install the provided O-rings in the lower groove
• EJ22: the OEM air-assist injectors (11mm upper O-rings) are not compatible – aftermarket injectors need 14mm upper and lower O-rings (Radium lists Injector Dynamics ID1050, ID1300, ID1700 and ID2600-XDS)
• EJ22 California (CARB) spec only: air-assist elimination requires Radium 20-0816 injector seats (x4), 14-0720 spacers (x4) and flat head M8x1.25x60mm screws (x4)
• Leave enough space around the ports for accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, gauges and fuel pulse dampers – contact iilumolab for Radium's dimensional drawings to check clearance
