The Radium Port Injection Kit (PIK) mounts between the intake manifold and cylinder head to add port injectors, supplying additional fuel for high-horsepower Ford EcoBoost builds. It does not replace the OEM direct injection system – it works alongside it.

The CNC-machined 6061 aluminium adapter has a smoothed port divider for laminar flow, so injector spray divides evenly across the runners, and its angled air passages are CAD-matched to the intake ports and manifold to minimise any flow impact. Pressed-in stainless steel dowels ease alignment, and on the Focus the OEM engine covers can be retained for a stealth look. Compatible with all fuel types including E85.

Important Notes

• Fuel injectors, port fittings, fuel hose, wiring and injector controller are not included
• Injectors must have 14mm upper and lower O-rings and the short 34mm body height – Radium lists Injector Dynamics ID1050-XDS, ID1300-XDS, ID1700-XDS and ID2600-XDS as compatible
• Ford Ranger installations require a slight tweak to the HPFP fuel line bend for clearance
• Allow enough clearance around the fuel rail ports for regulators and gauges
