Radium Engineering Fuel Surge Tank Install Kit (FST Not Incl) for Honda S2000 AP2 2005-2009

Radium Fuel Surge Tank Install Kit (FST Not Incl) - Honda S2000 AP2 05-09

Application: Honda S2000 (2006-2009)
Part Type: Fuel surge tank install kit (FST-R not included)
Part Number: 20-0114

This Radium kit includes everything needed to install a Radium fuel surge tank with a single 39mm fuel pump in a 2006-2009 Honda S2000. It is designed around the Radium FST-R, which has an integrated fuel pressure regulator for the S2000's returnless fuel system, so no external regulator is needed. Leaving the regulator's manifold-pressure barb disconnected emulates OEM fuel pressure if required.

Because the 2006-2009 S2000 has no low-pressure return line to the tank, the kit includes a billet barb adapter that routes excess fuel from the surge tank back into the main tank through the filler hose. The FST mounts in the boot behind the left seat using the factory threaded bosses – no drilling or modification, and 100% of the boot space remains usable.

Key Features

• FST-R Ready: Designed for the Radium FST-R with integrated regulator for the returnless system
• Filler Return Adapter: Billet barb adapter returns excess fuel via the filler hose
• Hidden Mounting: Behind the left seat using factory threaded bosses – no drilling
• PTFE Hoses: Four pre-assembled 6AN PTFE hoses cut to length for the S2000
• Isolated Bracket: Powder-coated aluminium bracket with three rubber isolation mounts
• Solderless Wiring: Raychem solderless splices, weatherproof fuse and relay

What's Included

• 4x Pre-assembled 3/8" (6AN) PTFE hoses
• 1x Aluminium mounting bracket with vibration isolators
• AN and OEM-style adapter fittings
• 1x Billet fuel filler barb adapter
• Stainless steel clamps
• Stainless steel hardware
• Wiring components with relay and fuse

Important Notes

• Requires the Radium FST-R (regulated) surge tank, sold separately
• Fuel surge tank and fuel pump are NOT included – both are sold separately
• Not designed for the Radium MPFST
• The main tank pump must keep the surge tank full – as a guide it should flow roughly 40–50% of the surge tank pump's flow, so a main tank pump upgrade may be required
• The S2000 is a small car, so consider pump noise when choosing a surge tank pump
• For the 2000-2005 S2000 use the 20-0094 kit
• Installation instructions are available in the Instructions tab
