The Radium 20-0872 fuel rail suits the VW/Audi 1.8L 20V, turbo and non-turbo. It is machined with a large 0.7in internal bore that supports all necessary engine power requirements, and the ports are tapped for 8AN ORB fittings. The rail can also be used to convert a returnless system.

Correctly sized low, mid and high thermal insulating spacers, rubber spacer retainers and stainless steel hardware are included, making the rail compatible with many different intake manifolds. The OEM injectors can be reused.

Important Notes

• This is an upgrade rail: OEM or OEM-equivalent injectors must be used (same height and the same upper and lower O-ring diameters and styles). Radium does not make injector recommendations – ask your tuner about brand and flow rate, and the injector manufacturer for a dimensionally correct part number
• Fittings are not included – select 8AN ORB fittings to suit your application
• Leave enough space around the ports for accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, gauges and fuel pulse dampers – contact iilumolab for Radium's dimensional drawings to check clearance
