A plug and play (bolt-in) fuel pump replacement solution for BMW that needs no permanent fuel system modifications. A 6061-T6 CNC billet aluminium sleeve fits over a 39mm aftermarket pump to match the larger OEM pump diameter, and a machined rib snaps into the fuel pump hanger and locates the filter sock.

Important Notes

• Fuel pump NOT included
• A filter sock is required (not included unless supplied with your pump)
• Measure the OEM pump outside diameter before ordering (50mm for this kit) – the sleeve is designed for 39mm pump bodies
• Tested pumps: Walbro GSS342, F90000262, F90000267, F90000273, F90000274; AEM 50-1000, 50-1200; Aeromotive 340R 11141, 11142; Deatschwerks 9-301-1000 (others may fit but are unverified)
• The Walbro F90000262/273 has the same connectors as the OEM BMW pump
• Aftermarket pumps can draw more current than the BMW wiring was designed for – the factory 15A fuse protects the circuit; if it blows, upgrade the wiring
