The Radium Fuel Pump Install Kit is a plug-and-play, bolt-in way to fit a popular high-performance aftermarket fuel pump to BMWs that need more fuel for more power, with no permanent modifications to the fuel system.

A 6061-T6 CNC billet aluminium sleeve slides over a 39mm aftermarket pump to match the larger diameter of the OEM BMW pump. A machined rib on the sleeve snaps into the fuel pump hanger and locates the filter sock, and the kit includes the clamps, terminals and heat shrink needed to complete the install.

Optional Parts

• Radium Fuel Pump Inlet Filter Sock (14-0143) – a filter sock is required; fit one if your pump does not come with a sock

Important Notes

• Suits the E46 M3 only – for non-M3 E46 models (323i, 325i, 328i, 330i) see the Radium Engineering Fuel Pump Install Kit - BMW E46 (Excluding M3) (20-0894)
• Fuel pump is not included
• Verify your OEM pump is 43mm in diameter before ordering
• The sleeve is designed for 39mm pump bodies (or DCSS 39/50) – measure the outside diameter of any pump not listed; pumps above or below 39mm may not work
• The Walbro F90000262/273 pumps use the same connectors as the OEM BMW pump
• Aftermarket pumps may draw more current than the BMW wiring was designed for – the factory 15A fuel pump fuse offers some protection, but if it blows, upgrade the wiring
